Built, scaled, and ran the design org working on Product Design, Industrial Design, Design Systems & Design Ops. Led re-design and launch of core SaaS products including Compass, Butterfly iQ app and ScanLab; enabling expansion into larger enterprise user base, as well as ground-up products, broadening the Butterfly portfolio and unlocking new key markets. I also led the development of new hardware, creating a seamless link across physical and digital products. The result is an ecosystem of products I couldn't be more proud of.

I was often embedded with client internal teams, and had the incredible opportunity to support some of the most influential brands including Amazon, Amgen, Baxalta, Bayer, BD, Canon, Ethicon, Farapulse, IDEX, Gilbarco, J&J, Medtronic, Optinose, Syncardia, Teva, Virtual Incision & Waters.

Influenced and advanced many of SB&D’s storied brands, each with its own unique user base and value prop. Transformed the Porter Cable brand through a strategic VBL, innovative utility, and a deep product roadmap. Design Lead for DeWALT cordless outdoor products which was the brands first entry into professional outdoor tools; generated significant organic growth in the first year and has continued to expand. Managed team of Industrial Design direct reports, and provided guidance for overseas design teams. I was also part of the Breakthrough Innovations team uncovering unmet user needs & dreaming up a 5-10 year vision.

I am a multi-disciplinary designer and design leader. Formally trained in Industrial Design, I employ a user-centered design process in creating both physical and digital products.
My 15 years of experience spans categories including Healthcare, Life & Bio Science, Drug Delivery, Surgical Robotics, SaaS software, Industrial and Consumer products. The common link is a desire to solve complex problems with elegant solutions, delighting users and generating business value.
